Salon Policies:
Please give a 24-hour notice if you cannot keep an appointment. Other clients will appreciate your courtesy in releasing this time for them.
If any service is not to your satisfaction, please notify us within 7 days of your service and we will provide a complementary adjustment. A product surcharge may apply in some cases.
Any retail product may be returned within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or credit.
Return checks are subject to a $15 service fee plus any bank charges.
